Spoke to the Lunchtime Rotary Club yesterday. Glad and proud to do it.

Rotary is directly responsible for The Best Year of My Life.

After my undergraduate degree, because I'd been awarded a Rotary Foundation Fellowship, I got to attend graduate school at University College of South Wales in Cardiff. Studied English literature there for a year, but mostly I learned about the world and myself.

I watched the two-part Frontline production of "Bush's War" on PBS
this week. It was pretty good. I guess it was kind of a Frontline clip show, with segments drawn
from the library of shows they have done on the war. Still, it is
Frontline. Those folks could make a shopping list sound interesting,
especially if Will Lyman in narrating.
