Wind this time.

Heavy wind. That's what has postponed my latest effort to get outta town, Baghdad. "There's a 60 percent kill rate on a lot of embeds," one public affairs officer told me. I hope she meant that three out of five flights were canceled or postponed because of weather.

This time I'd hoped to go to Fallujah, one of the only two cities in Iraq that many Americans know the name of because of the long and lethal battles there four years ago.
