Hey readers! I'm working on a story about the PG&E bills now going out to MID customers. The bills, called "New Municipal Departing Load Charges," are pretty confusing. I cruised along Commerce Avenue this past weekend and got a close-up of the behemoth building that houses SuperTarget. Previously, I'd only got a look from Highway 99.

I didn't see any merchandise inside, though I got glimpses of racks that will soon be filled. The store is scheduled to open July 27, a Sunday, and will be a boon to the city's sales tax. The center is expected to generate close to $2 million yearly.
