Hillary Clinton in Merced?

Rep. Dennis Cardoza, D-Merced, famously bellowed a few months ago that he wouldn't endorse a presidential candidate unless said candidate visited his district.

That's why we find his endorsement of Sen. Hillary Clinton of New York surprising. Has she spent some time around here?
