The Merced County civil grand jury's final report for this year is now available to the public.

The grand jury is a panel of 19 local citizen volunteers. Its job is to investigate complaints of wrong-doing by local public officials and agencies. Anyone can file a complaint with the grand jury and almost anyone can serve as a juror.
This year's report doesn't reveal anything terribly shocking, but it's still an interesting read.

What does the GJ do?
All I see is the Jury declining to act on anything! This is CRAP reilly! All this means to me is Law enforcement has a magical shield in Merced County. Grand JURY what a crock of ish...Maybe i should join law enforcement and pull a Training Day!like these clowns are...Sad that our counties main revenue source is from Crime and Housing criminals...exigent circumstances...
